Development Executive
Tyra Davis is a Development Executive at Royal Inc.. She was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She graduated from University of Kentucky in December 2021, with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in health promotion. Her favorite part about working at Royal Inc. is the growth opportunity. “I love how everyone is supportive of the growth and development of others,” said Davis. Her short term goal is to become a director and her long term goal is to start her own non-profit PATA. Davis has always had a heart for giving back. “I’ve been serving in the United States Air Force for over 5 years. I’m a part-time reservist currently stationed in Wright-Patterson AFB,” said Davis.
Haley Grether

Haley Grether is a Recruiting Mentor and Administrator at Royal Inc.. She was born in Louisville and raised in the small town of Mt. Washington in Kentucky. She graduated college in 2021 with an associates degree in applied science with a focus in advertising design. Her goals are to stay constantly improving and working to become better every day while also having the opportunity to help others grow and develop along their journeys to personal success. Haley prides herself on her work ethic and drive to get the job done; she also has a passion to help others. In her free time, Haley enjoys tapping into her creative side and making art in many forms; she also enjoys designing and creating digital graphics for others and herself.
